Strength Pulse is designed to take you to the next level, build lean muscle and in turn, burn more calories every day, even at rest. Designed to target power and stabilisation for a solid base of strength, resulting in stronger, leaner, more defined muscles. You will feel like endorphins exploding in your body, leaving you exhausted and satisfied. Can you push your limit?

CARDIO PULSE

We like our workouts to encompass using different energy systems for a maximum burn. Our Cardio Pulse workout will blast both your aerobic and anaerobic systems, resulting in fat burning, muscle building and metabolism boosting. Non-stop fun, this workout will leave you feeling energised.

STRETCH PULSE

Mobility and flexibility are essential components of physical fitness. Stretch Pulse is designed to complement your training through techniques designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, and posture. A slow and controlled session with an emphasis on postural awareness and body alignment.
